Vanguard Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vanguard-kicks.com (the "Site") and all related services (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these legally-binding Terms.

1. Acceptance of Tactical Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Intellectual Property & Blueprints

The Site and its entire contents (including, but not limited to, the **ST-76** technical blueprints, industrial designs, Vanguard branding, Vanguard Signature, and original codebase) are the exclusive intellectual property of Vanguard Safety Footwear. No part of this Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise utilized for commercial or private purposes without prior express written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability & Physical Protection

Vanguard safety footwear is engineered for high-performance protection in accordance with CE and ASTM standards. However:

VANGUARD DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY: Vanguard shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes, without limitation, physical injuries in construction or industrial environments, product misuse, or wear-and-tear leading to system failure.

NO WARRANTY: The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

4. Stripe Integration & Financial Accountability

Vanguard utilizes **Stripe** for its payment infrastructure. By initiating a purchase, you agree to be bound by **Stripe’s Services Agreement**. Vanguard is not responsible for any financial discrepancies, security breaches, or technical failures occurring within the Stripe ecosystem. All financial disputes must be settled directly with the payment processor.

5. Waitlist & Prototype Disclaimer

Joining the Vanguard ST-76 waitlist does not guarantee product availability, release dates, or specific hardware pricing. Vanguard reserves the right to cancel or modify waitlist slots at its sole discretion.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international industrial laws. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be instituted in a court of competent jurisdiction as decided by Vanguard's legal department.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vanguard, its officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or products.
